Please
refer to the following planning guide for your group’s
Fiji Dreaming Adventure and contact us for a Group Organiser’s
Handbook.

Contact
a Fiji Dreaming consultant to discuss your tailor-made
group adventure.
-
Meet
with your consultant to talk about your trip purpose,
objectives, desired outcomes and concerns. Your consultant
will work with you to create the ideal itinerary, tailored
to the dynamics and purpose of your group.

Upon
viewing your planned itinerary, work with your consultant
to finalise your ideal trip.

Where
necessary, notify/request approval from your school board,
club committee or similar body. Fiji Dreaming provides
you with resources to explain the objectives of the program
and assist in obtaining requisite approval.

Hold
a Participant Information Session. Give prospective participants
an overview of the trip, provide them with a copy of the
itinerary and record expressions of interest. For students,
provide them with an invitation to the Parent Information
Evening. You may download an example of an invitation
letter prepared by Fiji Dreaming.

Where
applicable, hold a Parent Information Evening. Your Fiji
Dreaming consultant will join you to discuss the program,
its outcomes and value, and to address questions and/or
concerns.

Request
a quotation from Fiji Dreaming and notify participants
of the date for deposit payment.

Register your group by notifying your consultant of final
numbers. Your consultant will provide you with a Pre-Departure
Information Pack for participants, or they may download
it from our website.
